Do you shoot larger weddings?

I only take on a very small amount of full size weddings per year. If you want me then I would absolutely love to chat with you about it!! My full size wedding packages start at $4,500 (50% due in order to book your date). Send me an inquiry here with all the deets.

Do you shoot anything other than couples?

Absolutely! I love photographing family moments, boudoir, personal branding and senior portraits. Absolutely send me an inquiry and let me know what you're thinking!

My pricing for other types of shoots is the same as my regular couples sessions and starts at $500 (50% due at the time of booking)

Important Note: When I shoot I am wholeheartedly focused on connection and emotion. While I will definitely get a couple big smiley faced photos, if you’re looking for an entire gallery of “smile at the camera” photos then I’m not your woman.

What if it rains or snows?

Weather happens.

I am prepared for it.

Sometimes we've just got to roll with what we've got. Moving the shoot indoors is a great backup option. Unless there are significant safety concerns due to the weather or it might harm my gear I will not plan to reschedule. I cannot make promises for a certain type of weather for your day. I do understand if you have a certain vision for your shoot and if you do wish to reschedule to a different day there is a $150 rescheduling fee.

what gear do you use?

I shoot with two Sony A7IV’s. I shoot primarily on prime lenses and I'm constantly changing my mind on what my favorite is. The lenses in my bag are:

Do you edit everything the same?

I have worked really hard to create a consistent editing style. HOWEVER … Every single shoot is so unique. There are SO many factors outside of editing that go into what makes an image look a specific way. For example:

the location

the weather

the time of year

the time of day

what kind of sunlight is available

I cannot/will not make any guarantees to replicate any specific photo I've shot in the past.

Will you help tell me what to wear?

I will absolutely help coach you on what to wear! I will send you info to help guide your choice but I'm also totally down if you want to text me photos or bring a handful of options to your shoot.

What's your turn around time?

couples + adventure sessions - typically 4-6 weeks.

elopements + micro-weddings - typically 8-10 weeks.

weddings - typically 12-14 weeks.

How much is the deposit to book?

50% is due at the time of booking to hold your date.

I am a BIG believer in payment plans though and we can split that 50% deposit over 4 months.

Do you do mini shoots?

Short answer is, NO.

So much of the way I create is due to the relationships I build with my clients and it's not something I feel I can do in a 30 minute mini-session.

Can you suggest locations and vendors?

Hell yes! I love getting to take clients to my favorite locations both in Glacier National Park and on the Oregon Coast. If you need help deciding on a location let me know!

I'm familiar with many local vendors to refer you to and can let you know how I've liked working with them in the past.
